Agent Assessment
$295, credited to an accepted installation. We map the work, systems, risks, provider costs and approval boundaries. You keep the written Agent Plan.

Fixed scoped quote
The quote names the outcome, connected systems, responsibilities, test plan, exclusions, expected third-party costs and the correct deployment shape.

Build and install
We configure customer-owned accounts, connect only the agreed systems and add the controls, diagnostics and monitoring required for that setup.

Commission and train
We test normal work, rejection paths, approvals, alerts, pause controls and recovery. You receive a commissioning certificate and plain-English owner manual.

Thirty days to bed it in
FishAI fixes faults in the agreed configuration, provides reasonable tuning and helps you learn it. New scope is quoted separately.
Sparky-style handover
The commissioning certificate is the receipt.
It records what we installed, what it may do alone, what requires approval, what it must never do and the tests that passed at handover. The service terms define the warranty; the certificate defines the tested installation.
Typical certificate checks
- Owner can reach the Boss Agent through the agreed interface
- Each agreed system connection succeeds with the correct permissions
- A safe test item travels through the intended workflow
- Approval-required work is held rather than silently actioned
- An out-of-scope request is refused or escalated correctly
- A deliberate failure creates the agreed alert
- Diagnostics exclude credentials and private secret values
- Owner can pause and resume the installed system
- Expected third-party subscriptions and usage costs are recorded
Included for 30 days
Commissioning support
Faults in the original agreed configuration, reasonable tuning and owner help. FishAI may receive the commissioning alerts during this period so we can see whether the installed job is bedding in.
Quoted separately
Changes to the job
New systems, new responsibilities, substantial workflow redesign or expanded autonomy. Thirty days of commissioning support is not thirty days of unlimited renovations.
