Privacy Policy
FishAI handles business information to assess, install and support customer-owned agent systems. This policy explains the website and service-level basics.
1. Information we collect
Enquiry details you provide, such as your name, business, email, phone number and the problem you want to solve.
Business process, system and access information needed for an Agent Assessment or accepted job.
Support and diagnostic information needed to commission, repair or maintain an installed system.
Basic website analytics and technical information used to understand site performance and protect the service.
2. Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, assess fit, prepare an Agent Plan or quote, deliver agreed work, commission and support an installation, keep required business records, and improve service safety and reliability.
FishAI does not need passwords, payment card details or row-level customer data in an initial website enquiry. Please do not put sensitive information into the website chat or contact form.
3. Installation data and customer ownership
The customer owns its business data and, where practical, its provider accounts and configuration. The accepted quote or service schedule identifies the systems and access needed for the job.
FishAI uses the minimum practical access for agreed work. Support access is defined, revocable and should be removed when no longer required. Credential values are not included in commissioning certificates or diagnostic reports.
4. Third-party providers
An installation may use providers selected with the customer, such as an AI model, hosting service, email platform, phone provider, calendar, job system or analytics service. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
FishAI documents the agreed providers and expected data paths during scoping. We do not claim every provider or integration is suitable for every business or data type.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We may share information with service providers only where needed to operate the website, deliver agreed work, comply with law or protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
Customer or staff information is not placed into a new external system merely because an integration is technically possible. The scope, permissions and provider must be agreed first.
6. Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and the agreed service. No system is completely secure, so access is kept narrow and sensitive information should not be collected unless required.
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations, dispute handling or the accepted support arrangement. Retention may differ by provider and will be clarified in the service scope where material.
7. Website analytics and cookies
The website may use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand visits and enquiries. Browser settings and consent tools may let you limit cookies. Measurement data does not grant FishAI authority to contact you or change your business systems.
8. Access, correction and questions
You may ask what personal information FishAI holds about you, request correction, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or a legitimate business obligation.
9. Contact
Use our contact page or email buildyourfish@gmail.com for a privacy question or request.
