Terms of Service
The agreement between you and FishAi.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FishAi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
FishAi provides a managed AI service for trade and service businesses. Core service includes:
- AI phone answering
- Lead capture
- Quote follow-up
- Owner summaries
- How FishAi communicates with your customers
Routine tasks like website edits, ad changes, and reporting are included once FishAi is connected to your tools. Specialist projects such as full website rebuilds or new campaigns are quoted separately. See our What We Set Up page for details.
3. Account and Subscription
To use FishAi services, you must:
- Provide accurate information about your business
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- Be at least 18 years old with authority to bind your business
4. Fees and Payment
FishAi pricing includes:
- Setup fee: A one-time fee to get FishAi trained and connected.
- Weekly fee: Ongoing fee to keep FishAi running and improving.
All fees are in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Weekly subscription: You may cancel anytime. No lock-in. Your subscription ends at the conclusion of your current billing period.
30-day satisfaction guarantee:If FishAi isn't working for you in the first 30 days, we'll make it right or refund your setup fee.
Refunds: Weekly fees are not prorated for partial weeks. Setup fees are refundable only under the 30-day guarantee.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information for AI training
- Review and approve what FishAi will say before it goes live
- Notify us of changes to your services, pricing, or availability
- Comply with applicable laws including the Australian Consumer Law
- Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Ensure you have appropriate licences and insurance for your trade
7. AI Disclaimer
Our AI systems are designed to handle routine calls and enquiries professionally. However, AI has limitations. We recommend reviewing call transcripts regularly and providing feedback. FishAi is not responsible for misunderstandings in AI-handled communications, though we work continuously to minimise them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FishAi's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. This does not exclude or limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Privacy
Your use of FishAi is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
